摘  要:为了给循环水系统的管理提供数据、积累经验,减少换热器泄漏对系统的影响,针对丙烯腈装置换热器物料泄漏对循环水系统运行造成的不利影响、水质变化以及相应的处理方法进行了总结分析。实践证明,生产装置有机物料泄漏对循环水系统的影响最大,微生物难以控制,二种非氧化杀菌剂交替使用、氧化性杀菌剂漂白水和弱氧化溴基杀菌剂威克溴配合使用,杀菌效果良好。因常规手段查漏困难,故引进先进的查漏技术和仪器非常必要。In order to provide data for the management of circulating water system,accumulate experience,and reduce the impact of heat exchanger leakage on the system,the summary and analysis were carried out on the adverse effects of material leakage on circulating water system operation,water quality change and corresponding treatment methods of acrylonitrile unit heat exchanger.Practice has proved that the leakage of organic materials in the production unit has the greatest impact on the circulating water system,and the microorganisms are difficult to control.When two non-oxidative fungicides are used alternately,and the oxidative fungicides bleach water and the weak oxidative brominated fungicides wickerbromine are used together,the bactericidal effect is good.It is difficult to detect leaks by conventional means,so it is necessary to introduce advanced leak detection technology and instruments.
