摘  要:硫化氢一直是衡量天然气品质的关键指标。某联合站有一套MDEA法天然气脱硫装置,当天然气处理量达到设计处理量的70%或环境温度超过35℃时,频繁出现硫化氢超标情况。通过分析发现反应温度高、吸收塔再生塔液泛等是主因。通过开展压缩机空冷器技术改进、胺液浓度调整、胺液闪蒸罐改造等措施,最终实现天然气脱硫合格。Hydrogen sulfide has always been a key indicator to measure natural gas quality.A combined station has a natural gas desulfurization device with MDEA method.When the natural gas processing capacity reaches 70%of the designed processing capacity or the ambient temperature exceeds 35C,hydrogen sulfide exceeds the standard frequently.Through the analysis,it is found that the high reaction temperature and the liquid flooding of the absorption tower and regeneration tower are main reasons.Through technical improvement of compressor air cooler,adjustment of amine concentration and modification of amine flash tank,natural gas desulfurization is finally qualified.
