中国长寿风险管理的物质基础条件分析

摘　　要：长寿风险对经济社会的多个方面都具有重要影响,各个国家都高度重视长寿风险管理问题。中国尚未步入发达国家行列,已经面临较为严重的长寿风险问题,管理长寿风险的物质基础较为薄弱,能否为长寿风险管理提供充分的物质基础条件仍存在较大的不确定性。本文基于物质生产视角阐述了长寿风险管理的内在机理,指出长寿风险管理的根本问题是物质生产的充足性,其次才是货币资金管理问题。在此基础上,本文概述了中国长寿风险管理的物质基础条件,分析了中国物质生产要素的发展变化对长寿风险管理的影响,提出加大物质生产积累规模匹配长寿风险敞口的测算、基于物质生产要素发展变化进行长寿风险管理、充分发挥技术要素在长寿风险管理中的功能作用等对策建议。Longevity risk has an important impact on many aspects of economy and society.The issue of longevity risk management is highly valued in various countries.China has not entering into the rank of developed country,however,it encounters serious problems of longevity risk management.The material basis is weak for longevity risk management.It is not very sure that economic development can provide sufficient material basic condition for longevity risk management.The paper expounds the internal mechanism of longevity risk management from the perspective of material production,and points out that the fundamental problem of longevity risk management is the sufficiency of material production,followed by the management problem of monetary fund condition.On this basis,the paper summarizes the material basic conditions of China’s longevity risk management,and analyzes the influence of the development and change of China’s material production factors on longevity risk management.Some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to manage China’s longevity risk,such as strengthening the measurement of longevity risk exposure matching material production accumulation,longevity risk management based on the development and change of material production factors,and giving full play to the function of technical factors in longevity risk management.
