摘 要:在圆锥滚子包络环面蜗杆结构的基础上,改变圆锥滚子的母线形状,得到了余弦滚子包络环面蜗杆副。根据啮合理论原理建立了该蜗杆副的数学模型,对该蜗杆副的各啮合性能公式进行了推导,运用Matlab软件对比了余弦滚子蜗杆副和圆锥滚子蜗杆副的啮合性能,并分析了滚子小端半径和喉径系数对该蜗杆副啮合性能的影响,为后续该蜗杆副的优化设计提供参考。结果表明,与圆锥滚子蜗杆副相比,余弦滚子包络环面蜗杆传动润滑性能更优良。On the basis of the structure of the tapered roller enveloping hourglass worm drive,the cosine roller is obtained by changing the bus shape of the tapered roller.According to the principle of the meshing theo⁃ry,the mathematical model of the worm pair is established,the meshing performance formula of the worm pair is derived,the meshing performance of the cosine roller worm pair and the tapered roller worm pair is compared by the Matlab software,the influence of the radius of the small end of the roller and the throat diameter coefficient on the meshing performance of the worm pair is analyzed,and the subsequent optimization design of the worm pair is provided as reference.The results show that the cosine roller enveloping hourglass worm drive has better lubrication performance than the tapered roller worm pair.
