摘  要:针对锌锭铸造的工艺过程、输送链的服役工况及其结构,详细分析了锌锭浇铸机输送链的失效原因,提出了优化改进的应对策略:通过改进滚子结构和润滑条件,控制异物侵入转动副,减小链条运行的摩擦阻力;选用35CrMo和20CrMo作为重载、粉尘和较高温度工况下的销轴-套筒铰链副材料,并采用合理的热处理工艺和润滑方式提高铰链副的抗磨损能力;对链板采用挤孔和喷丸强化工艺,并合理选取销轴与链板的异型配合过盈量,增强销轴与链板配合处抗微动损伤的能力。应用效果表明,提出的应对策略增强了销轴与链板的连接牢固度,可确保外链节保持刚性框架,有效提高了链条的使用寿命与运行的平稳性。Based on the casting process of zinc ingots,the service condition and structure of the conveyor chain,the failure causes of the conveyor chain are analyzed in detail.By improving the structure and lubrication condition of the roller,the foreign matter can be controlled to invade the rotating pair,and the friction resistance of the chain running is reduced.35CrMo and 20CrMo are used as a pin-bush hinge pair material under heavy load,dust and higher temperature conditions,and the anti-wear ability of a hinge pair is improved by adopting reasonable heat treatment process and lubrication method.The extruding hole and shot peening technology are adopted for the chain plate,and the interference amount of the special-shaped fit between the pin and the outer-plate is appropriately selected,which can enhance the anti-fretting damage ability of the joint between the pin and the outer-plate.The application effects show that the countermeasures proposed can improve the joint fast⁃ness between the pin and the outer-plate,ensure a rigid frame of the outer link,and effectively improve the ser⁃vice life and smooth operation of the chain.
