摘  要:针对摩托车外驱动滚子链传动过程中振动剧烈、噪声大的问题,研发了一种新型密封圈套筒齿形链(振明链)。阐释了该齿形链的结构创新点、数学建模过程与啮合原理;建立了新型密封圈套筒齿形链和滚子链的RecurDyn动力学仿真模型,得到了两者在啮合过程中多边形效应引起的运行波动曲线;并通过变速变载耐磨试验、噪声试验和道路行驶试验进行了验证。结果表明,在相同工况下,该新型密封圈套筒齿形链较滚子链噪声低、链条磨损伸长率低,完全适用于摩托车外驱动系统的运行工况。该新型密封圈套筒齿形链的创新设计方案是科学的、切实可行的。A new type of seal ring bush silent chain(Zhenming chain)is brought forward and developed for the problem of severe vibration and high noise in the process of the motorcycle roller chain transmission.The structural innovation,mathematical modeling process and meshing principle of the silent chain are explained,and the RecurDyn dynamic simulation models of the new seal ring bush silent chain and a roller chain are estab⁃lished,which generate the operating wave curve caused by the polygon effect in the meshing process.The new seal ring bush silent chain is verified by variable speed and variable load wear test,noise test and road driving test.The results show that the noise of the new seal ring bush silent chain is lower than that of the roller chain,and the wear elongation of the new seal ring bush silent chain is lower than the roller chain.At the same time,it is proved that the innovative design scheme of the new seal ring bush silent chain is scientific and feasible.
