摘　　要：目的探究单纯性高度近视小学生家庭视力健康素养现状,挖掘近视进展背后深层次家庭相关因素,以提高其家庭视力健康素养水平。方法选取2022年6月—2022年11月襄阳市第一人民医院就诊的11例单纯性高度近视小学生及家长为研究对象,进行半结构化深度访谈和问卷调查。结果访谈内容部分共提炼出3个方面内容:①学生及家长自身因素,包括疾病感知、亲子沟通障碍、知识欠缺与错误认知;②视力相关经济因素;③视力相关社会保障因素。此外,问卷调查结果显示,学习部分因素可能是导致大多数学生视力问题的主要原因,并且家长重视频率最高的项目为学生用眼错误行为。结论单纯性高度近视小学生家庭视力健康素养与多种因素有关,应从心理疏导、科普宣教、医疗保障、市场监督等方面着手改善,以提高小学生及家长视力防护意识并建立良好的家庭视觉环境。Objective Investigate the current status of visual health literacy in families of primary school students with simple high myopia,explore the underlying family-related factors behind the progression of myopia,and improve the level of visual health literacy in their families.Methods From June 2022 to November 2022,11 cases of primary school students with simple high myopia and their parents who visited the First People's Hospital of Xiangyang City were selected as the research objects.Semi-structured in-depth interviews and questionnaires were conducted.Results The content of the interviews yielded three aspects:①Student and parental factors,including disease perception,parent-child communication barriers,lack of knowledge,and misconceptions;②Economy-related factors related to vision;③Social security factors related to vision.In addition,the questionnaire results showed that learning-related factors might be the main cause of most students'vision problems,and the highest item of parental concern about video usage was students'incorrect eye behaviors.Conclusion The family visual health literacy of primary school students with simple high myopia is related to various factors.Improvement efforts should focus on psychological counseling,popular science education,medical security,market supervision,etc.,to enhance the awareness of visual protection for primary school students and parents and establish a good family visual environment.
