层级链式下医护协同护理在小儿轮状病毒肠炎中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨层级链式下医护协同护理在小儿轮状病毒(RV)肠炎中的应用效果。方法选取2022年7月—2023年7月烟台市莱阳中心医院收治的86例RV肠炎患儿,以随机数表法将其分为两组,各43例。对照组行常规护理,研究组行层级链式下医护协同护理。对比两组护理效果、依从性、临床指标、护理满意度。结果研究组护理总有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿退热、腹泻消失、呕吐停止及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患儿家属对护理操作技能、健康宣教、心理护理、服务态度、治疗效果等的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论层级链式下医护协同护理在小儿RV肠炎中的护理效果显著,不仅能提高患儿治疗依从性,促进病症消失,减少住院时间,还能提高患儿家属满意度,促进患儿尽早康复。Objective To explore the application effect of hierarchical chain based medical care collaborative nursing in the treatment of pediatric rotavirus(RV)enteritis.Methods A total of 86 children with RV enteritis admitted to Laiyang Central Hospital in Yantai City from July 2022 to July 2023 were randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases each.The control group received routine care,while the research group received hierarchical chain medical and nursing collaborative care.Compare the nursing effectiveness,compliance,clinical indicators,and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of children in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The research group showed lower fever reduction,disappearance of diarrhea,cessation of vomiting,and hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of nursing skills,health education,psychological care,service attitude,and treatment effectiveness among the family members of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical chain of medical and nursing collaborative care has a significant nursing effect in pediatric RV enteritis.It can not only improve the patient's nursing compliance,promote the disappearance of symptoms,reduce hospitalization time,but also improve the satisfaction of the patient's family and promote early recovery of the patient.
