摘　　要：目的探讨应用双向质量反馈管理对肝硬化合并上消化道出血(UGB)患者的干预效果及对患者睡眠状况自评量表(SRSS)评分的影响。方法选取2020年10月—2023年11月泰安市中医医院收治的100例肝硬化合并UGB患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预方法,观察组采用常规护理+双向质量反馈管理方法,比较两组的干预效果、自我管理能力改善情况、心理状态及睡眠质量。结果观察组的止血时间、住院时间短于对照组,住院费用少于对照组,住院期间再出血发生率、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分以及SRSS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的肝硬化自我管理行为量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双向质量反馈管理对肝硬化合并UGB患者具有显著的干预效果,能够有效提高患者的自我管理能力,并改善其心理状态和睡眠质量,缩短康复进程。Objective To explore the effect of two-way quality feedback management on liver cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding(UGB)and its influence on sleep self-rating scale(SRSS)score.Methods A total of 100 patients with cirrhosis and UGB admitted to Tai'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention methods,and the observation group received routine nursing+two-way quality feedback management method.The intervention effect,improvement of self-management ability,psychological state and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had significant reductions in hemostasis time,length of hospital stay,hospitalization cost,Incidence of rebleeding during hospitalization,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,and SRSS score(P<0.05),while the liver cirrhosis self-management behavior scale score increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Two-way quality feedback management has a significant intervention effect on liver cirrhosis patients with UGB,which can effectively improve the self-management ability of patients,improve their mental state and sleep quality,and shorten the rehabilitation process.
