摘 要:本文从聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)分子链结构带来的结晶行为特性出发,介绍了目前国内外在PET结晶行为改性领域的研究进展,主要涉及共聚改性、共混改性、扩链反应改性、加工条件改性、多种协同作用改性等方面。其中,共聚改性可通过柔性链段的引入改变PET分子链的规整性,使其聚集态结构更加稳定,但其制备流程的复杂性限制了其在实际生产中的应用。共混改性可通过异相成核的方式改善PET的结晶行为,但其与PET界面相容性较差的问题仍对改性具有一定的局限性。扩链反应改性后的PET具有优异的结晶性能,但其对力学性能可能造成不利影响。加工条件改性虽没有额外化学品的添加,但其宏观性能的改变限制了PET的应用范围。多种协同作用改性通过优势互补使得PET的结晶性能得到了一定的提高,但其复杂的作用机理仍有待明确。最后,指出目前PET改性方法和改性剂应用和发展存在的问题,并对优化改性PET专用助剂的发展方向进行了展望。Based on the crystallization behaviors of polyethylene terephthalate(PET),the research progresses in the field of PET crystallization behavior modification at home and abroad were introduced in this paper,mainly involving the copolymerization modification,blending modification,chain expansion reaction modification,processing condition modification,and various synergistic modifications.Among them,copolymerization modification could change the regularity of PET molecular chains through the introduction of flexible chain segments to make its aggregation structures more stable,but the complexity of its preparation processes limits its applications in practical production.The blending modification could improve the crystallization behaviors of PET through the heterogeneous nucleation,but its poor compatibility with PET interface still has some limitations to the modification.PET modified by chain extension reactions has excellent crystallization properties,but it might have adverse effects on mechanical properties.Although the modification of processing conditions does not bring the addition of additional chemicals,the changes in the macro-properties limit the application ranges of PET.The crystallization properties of PET have been improved by various synergistic modifications through complementary advantages,but the complex action mechanisms remain to be clarified.Finally,the problems existing in the applications and developments of PET modification methods and modifiers were pointed out,and the development directions of optimizing PET special additives were prospected.
