热塑性淀粉含量对PBST复合材料及薄膜性能的影响

摘  要:为了研究不同热塑性淀粉(TPS)添加量对聚丁二酸丁二醇酯-对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBST)/TPS体系结晶行为和成膜性能的影响,将TPS作为填充物,PBST作为基体,通过熔融共混制备PBST/TPS复合材料。研究发现TPS可以加速PBST的结晶,但PBST的结晶度会随着TPS含量的增加而降低。随着TPS含量的上升,复合材料的黏度逐渐变大,流动性逐渐变差,而当TPS质量份到达40份时,复合材料的旋转流变和拉伸流变特性发生突变使用吹膜成型的方式制备复合薄膜,少量TPS可以降低复合薄膜中PBST的结晶度并改善薄膜厚度稳定性,而当TPS添加到40份时,吹膜成型稳定性降低,薄膜厚度均匀性再度变差,其薄膜拉伸强度降低到只有PBST薄膜的33%。此外随着TPS质量份的上升,复合薄膜的吸水率逐渐上升,薄膜透光率也逐渐下降。In order to study the influences of different thermoplastic starch(TPS)addition amount on the crystalline behaviors and film processing properties of polybutylene succinate-butylene terephthalate(PBST)/TPS blends,TPS was used as the filling component,PBST was used as the matrix,and then PBST/TPS composites were prepared by the melt blending method.The results show that the crystallization of PBST could be accelerated by TPS,but the crystallinity of PBST decreases with the increase of TPS content.With the increase of TPS content,the viscosity of the PBST/TPS composite increases and the flowability decreases.When the mass content of TPS is 40 parts,the rotatory and tensile rheological properties of the composites change dramatically.The composite films were produced by blow moulding.The crystallinity of PBST in the composite films reduces and the thickness stability of the films improves with few parts of TPS adding.However,when the mass content of TPS reaches 40 parts,the stability of blow moulding is reduced and the thickness uniformity of the film becomes worse again.The tensile strength of the film is reduced to only 33%of that of PBST film.In addition,with the increase of TPS content,the water absorption of the composite films increases gradually,and the transmittance of the films gets worse.
