政协提案助力乡村振兴发展路径探索——以L市为例

摘　　要：党的二十大要求加快建设农业强国,并对全面推进乡村振兴再次进行战略部署。政协提案是政协履职的重要方式,分析政协提案助力乡村振兴的优化路径,有利于提高提案的质量,为乡村振兴提供更多有价值的参考。通过选取L市为例,分析其政协提案助力乡村振兴发展现有成效,总结出目前存在体制机制待完善、内容质量待提升、作用发挥待加强等薄弱之处,进而提出政协提案助力乡村振兴发展的优化路径,包括明确完善提案办理工作机制、整合智力提升提案办理工作质量、强化意识完善提案办理工作监督等。The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China called for accelerating the construction of an agricultural power and strategic deployment of the comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization.The proposal of the CPPCC is an important way for the CPPCC to perform its duties.Analyzing the optimization path of the proposal of the CPPCC to help rural revitalization is conducive to improving the quality of the proposal and providing more valuable references for rural revitalization.By selecting L City as an example,this paper analyzes the existing effects of the CPPCC proposal in helping rural revitalization and development,summarizes the weaknesses of the current system,namely,the mechanism need to be improved,the content quality need to be improved,and the role need to be strengthened,and then puts forward the optimization path of the CPPCC proposal in helping rural revitalization and development.It includes clearly improving the working mechanism of proposal handling,integrating intelligence to improve the quality of proposal handling,strengthening consciousness to improve the supervision of proposal handling.
