摘　　要：1937年日本发动全面侵华战争后,内地盐场和海盐产区相继沦陷,作为抗战大后方的四川承担起了增产赶运、供应军需民食的任务。为稳定盐场秩序、保障前线后方的食盐供给,盐务机关决定成立盐业工会来协助战时盐业生产。各盐场陆续成立的盐业工会,主要从组织、训练、福利三方面推行工作。抗战时期四川省盐业工会的工作并非无可指摘,但在抗日战争中,盐业工会统一指挥调配盐场的产运工作,保障了食盐供应,为抗日战争的胜利作出了贡献。After Japan launched the full-scale invasion of China in 1937,inland salt farms and sea salt production areas successively fell.As the main rear area of the Anti Japanese War,Sichuan took on the task of increasing production,transporting goods,and supplying military and civilian salt.In order to stabilize the order of salt farms and ensure the supply of salt in the front line and home front,the salt administration has decided to establish a salt industry union to assist in wartime salt production.At the end of 1941,the Organizational Rules of the Sichuan Salt Industry Trade Union Preparatory Committee and the Interim Measures for Salt Trade Unions in Various Regions of Sichuan Province were issued,which stipulated the organizational rules of trade unions and the revenue and expenditure of membership fees.Under its guidance,various salt farms have successively established salt industry unions,mainly promoting work from three aspects:organization,training,and welfare.Dnring the War of Resistance Against Japan,the work of the Sichuan Salt Industry Union is not impeccable,its role is still worthy of recognition.During the Anti Japanese War,the Salt Industry Union unified the command and allocation of salt production and transportation work,ensuring the supply of salt and making contributions to the victory of the War.
