有创动脉压监测应用于危重症患者病情观察的效果研究

摘　　要：分析有创动脉压监测应用于危重症患者病情观察中的效果。选取2021年1月—2023年1月梧州市中医医院ICU收治的100例危重症患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者接受无创动脉压监测,观察组患者接受有创动脉压监测,比较两种监测方法的应用效果。结果显示,观察组容量复苏时间、血管活性药物使用时间均短于对照组,误报警率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的ICU住院时间和总住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,有创动脉压监测应用于危重症患者病情观察中的效果优于无创动脉压监测,可有效改善患者的预后,可推广使用。Analyze the effectiveness of invasive arterial pressure monitoring in observing the condition of critically ill patients.Selecting 100 critically ill patients admitted to the ICU of Wuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2023 as the research subjects,the patients were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group patients received non-invasive arterial pressure monitoring,while the observation group patients received invasive arterial pressure monitoring.The application effects of the two monitoring methods were compared.The results showed that the observation group had shorter capacity recovery time and vasoactive drug use time than the control group,and a lower false alarm rate than the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The ICU hospitalization time and total hospitalization time of the observation group patients were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that invasive arterial pressure monitoring is more effective in observing the condition of critically ill patients than non-invasive arterial pressure monitoring,which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and can be promoted for use.
