调理慢性咳嗽的燕窝中药口服液制备方法研究

摘　　要：咳嗽是人体的一种保护性呼吸反射动作,慢性咳嗽是肺系疾病的常见症状[1]。引起咳嗽的病因有多种,中医将其归纳为两种,即外感咳嗽与内伤咳嗽。外感咳嗽为六淫外邪侵袭肺系所致,多为实证[2],内伤咳嗽多为虚证或虚实夹杂。现代人咳嗽多为虚实夹杂,治疗时既要泻实,又需补诸虚。该研究从中医整体观念、中医藏象学说、五行学说入手,在整体观念的指导下,根据脾土生肺金的五行学说,将补虚与泻实结合,标本兼治地治疗慢性咳嗽。研究有效缓解慢性咳嗽的燕窝中药口服液的处方,确定其最佳的生产工艺,制得功效显著、卫生安全的中药口服液。通过试验,确定最佳处方为,燕窝原液40 g/kg、鲜人参原液40 g/kg、茯苓30 g/kg、莲子30 g/kg、芡实30 g/kg、炒薏苡仁30 g/kg、炒怀山药30 g/kg、秋子梨50 g/kg、桔梗20 g/kg、枇杷果30 g/kg、甜杏仁30 g/kg、玉竹30 g/kg、霜桑叶15 g/kg、五味子20 g/kg、干姜5 g/kg、炙甘草10 g/kg、桑叶15 g/kg、蜂蜜50 g/kg。纯净水定容至1000 g。Coughing is a protective respiratory reflex in the human body,and chronic cough is a common symptom of lung diseases[1].There are various causes of cough,which are classified into two types in traditional Chinese medicine:external cough and internal injury cough.External cough is caused by the invasion of six pathogenic factors into the lung system,mostly due to empirical evidence[2],while internal cough is often due to deficiency syndrome or a mixture of deficiency and excess.Modern people’s cough is often a mixture of deficiency and excess,and treatment requires both diarrhea and supplementation of various deficiencies.This study will start with the holistic concept of traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of hidden phenomena in traditional Chinese medicine,and the theory of the five elements.Under the guidance of the holistic concept,based on the theory of the five elements of spleen earth generating lung gold,the combination of tonifying deficiency and purging excess will be used to treat chronic cough with both symptoms and root causes.Research the prescription of bird’s nest traditional Chinese medicine oral solution that effectively alleviates chronic cough,determine its optimal production process,and produce a highly effective,hygienic,and safe traditional Chinese medicine oral solution.Through experiments,the optimal prescription was determined to be 40 g/kg of bird’s nest extract,40 g/kg of fresh ginseng extract,30 g/kg of poria cocos,30 g/kg of lotus seeds,30 g/kg of water chestnuts,30 g/kg of stir fried coix seed,30 g/kg of stir fried Huai yam,50 g/kg of Qiuzi pear,20 g/kg of platycodon grandifl orus,30 g/kg of loquat fruit,30 g/kg of sweet almond,30 g/kg of polygonatum sibiricum,15 g/kg of frosty mulberry leaves,20 g/kg of schisandra chinensis,5 g/kg of dried ginger,10 g.Dilute the volume of purified water to 1000 g.
