摘 要:重组材疏解装备是重组材生产中制备木束或竹束的关键装备,用于对单板进行辊压、切割和定向纤维分离,从而制备出纵向纤维不断裂、粗细较均匀的纤维化单板。提高装备精细化和专业化水平,对于促进重组材的产量提升和质量改进都具有重大意义。将智能化系统与传统疏解装备深度融合,可以加速重组材及疏解单元智能制造转型升级的步伐。文中通过简述重组材疏解装备的技术原理,介绍适应不同生产需求的疏解辊单元的改良及应用,梳理了疏解装备的机械化、自动化研究现状;针对目前疏解装备存在的疏解压力和辊隙等关键加工参数需要根据经验进行机械调节、疏解加工精度和均匀度缺乏量化指标等问题,结合智能控制、智能检测和监测诊断技术,提出疏解装备的机电一体化系统及系统智能化的应用方案;分析机器学习在林业机械智能制造和智能装备上的应用,以为疏解装备系统智能化的发展和高效利用提供借鉴与参考。Scrimber roller press equipment is key to preparing wood or bamboo bundles in the scrimber production.It is used for rolling,crushing and directional fiber separation of veneer,so as to prepare fibrous veneer free from longitudinal fiber fracture and with uniform thickness.Improving the efficiency and specialization of the equipment is of great significance for increasing the quantity and quality of scrimber production.The deep integration of intelligent systems and traditional roller press equipment can accelerate the transformation and upgrading of intelligent manufacturing of scrimber and bundles.In this paper,the technical principle of scrimber roller press equipment is briefly described,the improvement and application of roller unit adapted to different production needs are introduced,and the research on mechanization and automation of roller press equipment is reviewed.Aiming at addressing the problems such as the need to mechanically adjust the key parameters of processing such as the pressure and roll gap of roller press equipment in accordance with experience and the lack of quantitative indicators for processing accuracy and uniformity,the mechanical-electrical integration system of roller press equipment and its intelligent application scheme are proposed based on intelligent control,intelligent detection,and monitoring/diagnosis technology.It also analyzes the application of machine learning in intelligent manufacturing of forestry machinery and intelligent equipment,in order to provide references and guidance for the development path and efficient utilization of intelligent roller press equipment.
