摘　　要：综合统计调查数据分析方法是建立在统计学基础上,对通过调查方式获取的数据进行统计分析的一类方法。通常情况下,综合统计是指“综合统计工作”,是以统计学为学科背景发展起来的、在汇集业务统计资料基础上反映并分析单位乃至系统内不同方面发展状况的统计工作。综合统计的任务和作用体现在全面掌握和运用业务数据基础上,客观反映单位发展真实情况,并从中找出薄弱工作环节。本文首先通过明确界定综合统计调查数据分析理论,然后分别对基层组织和学会组织的年鉴数据加以应用,描述两类组织发展规律,编制综合评价统计分析指数,最后提出面向高端科技智库的综合统计调查理论展望,以期为政府及相关部门提供参考。The comprehensive statistics and investigation data analysis method is a type of method based on statistics,which conducts statistical analysis on data obtained through survey methods.Generally speaking,comprehensive statistics refers to"comprehensive statistical work",which is developed with statistics as the disciplinary background,reflecting and analyzing the development status of different aspects of the unit and even the system based on the collection of business statistical data.The task and role of comprehensive statistics are reflected in comprehensively mastering and utilizing business data,objectively reflecting the real development situation of the unit,and identifying weak work links from it.The article first defines comprehensive statistics and investigation data analysis theory,and then applies the methods to yearbook data of grassroots organizations and academic organizations,describing the development laws of the two types of organizations,establishing comprehensive evaluation statistical analysis indexes,the paper finally propose future prospects for the comprehensive statistical survey theory for high-end technology think tanks,to provide reference for the government and relevant departments.
