摘 要:为了推进项目生产效率的提升,使项目质量安全和进度成本实现有效控制,本文基于炼油化工工程建设实践,运用文献研究和案例研究方法,讨论基于大数据的工程项目管理改进问题,以推进工程建设企业项目管理绩效水平的提升。提出数字化是推进工程项目高质量运行的新理念,数字化转型是提升工程项目高质量管理的新举措。本文还基于数字化转型实践要求,对延迟焦化装置泵类设备施工进行调查研究和分析,阐明信息化标准对于项目数字化规范管理。In order to promote the improvement of the production efficiency of the project,the project quality safety and schedule cost can be effectively controlled,based on the practice of refining and chemical engineering construction,this paper uses literature research and case study methods to discuss the improvement of engineering project management based on big data,so as to promote the improvement of project management performance of engineering construction enterprises.Digitization is a new idea to promote the high quality operation of engineering projects,and digital transformation is a new measure to improve the high quality management of engineering projects.Based on the practical requirements of digital transformation,this paper also investigated,studied and analyzed the construction of pump equipment of delayed coking unit,and clarified the application of information standards to the digital standardized management of projects.
