摘　　要：本文从室外环境、院落空间、营造理念、文化表达、市井温度五个方面总结成都传统民居价值的特点。以高新铁像寺水街为例,从建设管理的角度总结传统民居建筑价值当代演绎的方法路径:项目建设管理前期注重对在地文化的挖掘;建设管理中期融入当代审美和需求创新式表达地域文化;建设管理末期重点关注业态植入和场景营造。This paper summarizes the characteristics of the value of traditional houses in Chengdu from five aspects:outdoor environment,courtyard space,construction concept,cultural expression,and market temperature.Taking the high-tech Tiexiangsi Water Street as an example,this paper summarizes the methods and paths of the contemporary transformation of the architectural value of traditional residential buildings from the perspective of construction management:The front end of project construction management pays attention to the excavation of local culture.The middle end of construction management integrates contemporary aesthetics and needs to express regional culture in an innovative way.The construction management terminal focuses on business format implantation and scene creation.
