摘 要:随着政府不断加大对基础设施建设的投入,制定一套科学合理的指标体系不仅可以作为衡量建设项目成本与价值的标准,还可以合理控制投资。本研究以市政道路—城市支路为研究对象,结合地区实际情况,以经验法筛选出10个具有代表性的典型样本,运用格拉布斯(Grubbs)检验法和灰色关联法开展样本和原始数据的验证和清洗工作,完成“一个体系、三个层级”的链式指标体系构建并制定动态调整机制,为各地政府开展指标体系的研究提供借鉴。As the government continues to increase investment in infrastructure construction,developing a scientific and reasonable indicator system can not only serve as a standard for measuring the cost and value of construction projects,but also effectively control investment.This study takes municipal roads and urban branches as the research object,and combines the actual situation of the region to screen 10 representative typical samples using empirical methods.The Grubbs test method and grey correlation method are used to verify and clean the samples and raw data,completing the construction of a"one system,three levels"chain index system and developing a dynamic adjustment mechanism,provide reference for local governments to conduct research on indicator systems.
