摘　　要：竣工结算结果是反映工程本体投资的最终数据,围绕竣工结算可调整合同价款内容展开讨论,分析陆上风电施工总承包类项目的可调整合同价款内容,结合某陆上风电项目结算实例,着重介绍工程量偏差、工程量清单缺项、项目特征描述不符、索赔及物价变化引起合同价款调整的具体调整方法,以期对类似项目的竣工结算工作提供参考。The completion settlement result is the final data reflecting the investment of the project itself.This paper discusses the content of the contract price that can be adjusted in the completion settlement,analyzes the content of the contract price that can be adjusted in the general contract of onshore wind power construction projects,and combines the settlement example of an onshore wind power project,focuses on the specific adjustment methods of project quantity deviation,missing items in the bill of quantities,inconsistent description of project features,claims and price changes resulting in contract price adjustment,in order to provide reference for the completion settlement work of similar projects.
