摘 要:地方涉铁工程项目中,通常会涉及到城轨、铁路、市政等多种工程类别,在工程的实施过程中,不同造价体系的选取对工程的方案选择、投资会产生较大影响。对一个具体的涉铁工程项目来说,如何选取适宜的造价体系、确定相关造价标准,是编制概算的基础原则,也是合理确定工程投资的关键问题。本文通过对比不同造价体系之间定额及取费等的差异,找出差异大小的幅度范围及差异存在的原因,为地方涉铁项目造价体系的选取提供参考。Local railway-related engineering projects usually involve various engineering categories such as urban rail,railway,and municipal administration.During the implementation of the project,the selection of different cost systems will have a greater impact on the selection of project schemes and investment.For a specific railway-related project,how to select an appropriate cost system and determine the relevant cost standards is the basic principle of compiling budget estimates,at the same time,it is also a key issue to reasonably determine project investment.By comparing the difference of quota and charge between different cost systems,this paper finds out the range of the difference and the reasons for the difference,and provides a reference for the selection of local railway-related project cost system.
