装配式建筑成本研究进展的文献计量分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国政府大力推行装配式建筑,但其发展仍然受阻,主要原因是其成本高于传统建筑,国内外学者针对装配式建筑成本展开了一系列研究。搜集2013-2023年WOS数据库790篇和CNKI数据库606篇相关文章,运用文献计量方法,从研究热点和主题、研究团队与机构、演进历程、研究方法等方面进行系统梳理,并得到结论与展望。In recent years,the Chinese government has vigorously promoted prefabricated buildings,but its development is still hindered,mainly because its cost is higher than that of traditional buildings.Scholars at home and abroad have conducted a series of studies on the cost of prefabricated buildings.From 2013 to 2023,790 articles in WOS database and 606 related articles in CNKI database were collected and systematically sorted out from the aspects of research hotspots and topics,research teams and institutions,evolution process and research methods by using bibliometric methods,and conclusions and prospects were obtained.
