摘 要:本文提出基于BIM的装配整体式框架结构数据与模型交互设计方法,旨在通过提升装配整体式框架结构设计标准化程度及协同设计水平,解决基于BIM的装配整体式框架结构设计流程、数据与模型交互设计、梁柱节点空间避让等方面的应用问题,并将其应用于工程项目中,验证本文所构建的基于BIM的装配整体式设计方法和平台架构的可行性。研究表明:该平台架构、设计流程及数据与模型交互设计方法能有效提升装配整体式框架结构的设计效率,对推动装配式建筑数字一体化有重要意义。This paper proposes a data and model interactive design method for precast integral frame structures based on BIM.The aim is to enhance the standardization and collaborative design level of precast integral frame structure design.The method addresses application issues such as the design process of precast integral frame structures based on BIM,data and model interactive design,spatial avoidance at beam-column joints and other application problems.The platform architecture and design process are applied to practical engineering projects,verifying the feasibility of the proposed BIM-based design method and platform architecture for precast integral structures.Research results indicate that the platform architecture,design process,and data and model interactive design method can effectively improve the design efficiency of precast integral frame structures,and have significant importance for promoting the digital integration of prefabricated buildings.
