核电工程施工企业安全生产预警指数模型研究

摘　　要：随着我国经济逐渐从高速发展向高质量发展转变,国家对于安全的管控越来越严格,一个项目的安全事故有可能导致整个企业被降低资质或者在行政区域内被限制招投标,这是对于工程建设企业的发展挑战,必须从企业角度建立一种对项目及承包商的评价预警机制,才能动态掌握并控制个别项目安全出现失控的风险。本文以某核电总承包施工企业安全多项目管理为例,概述安全生产预警指数模型的构建、使用及效果,以供参考。With the gradual transformation of China's economy from high-speed development to high-quality development,the state has become more and more strict in the control of safety,and the safety accident of a project may lead to the entire enterprise being reduced or restricted from bidding in the administrative area,which is a challenge for the development of engineering construction enterprises.It is necessary to establish an evaluation and early warning mechanism for projects and contractors from the perspective of enterprises in order to dynamically grasp and control the risk of individual project safety losing control.This paper takes the safety multi-project management of a nuclear power general contractor as an example,and summarizes the construction,use and effect of the safety production early warning index model for reference.
