摘　　要：依托天津市域铁路某线工程开展BIM构件库系统建设与应用研究,提出BIM构件库系统总体技术架构,基于three.js搭建BIM轻量化展示系统,实现构件在线预览功能与交互操作,利用数据库流程与权限设计开发多专业BIM模型的管理功能。应用表明:利用BIM构件库可高效完成工程项目全专业全要素模型创建和三维管线综合优化等关键设计环节,满足工程设计进度和精度要求,有效提高BIM构件复用率,缩短了工程项目设计周期。Relies on a certain project of Tianjin Suburban Railway to conduct the construction and application research of BIM component library system.The overall technical framework of BIM component library system is proposed.Based on three.js,the BIM lightweight display system realizes online preview and interactive operation of components.In the meantime,it uses the database process and permissions to design and develop component library management functions for the multi-professional BIM component models.As the application of the research shows,BIM component library can help efficiently complete the key design links such as the establishment of professional and all-factor models of engineering projects and three-dimensional pipeline comprehensive optimization and meet the design schedule and accuracy requirements of engineering.In addition,it effectively improves the reuse rate of BIM components,shortens the design cycle of engineering projects.
