摘　　要：标准化是提高BIM模型交互率,实现BIM信息全生命周期应用的基础。深圳市基于国家BIM相关标准率先发布《建筑工程信息模型设计交付标准》,将房建工程构件属性信息表格化。本文通过建立符合该标准的房建BIM模型并在不同软件间交互,验证属性信息标准化对模型交互的影响。结果表明:该标准规范BIM软件的数据传输,提高模型传递质量,为国家和地区BIM标准编制提供了新思路,但完全落地还需更具体的说明。Standardization is key to increasing BIM model interoperability and enabling the full lifecycle use of BIM information.Shenzhen has pioneered the"Standard for design delivery of architectural engineering information model"based on national BIM guidelines,making building project component attributes standardized and tabulated.This study establishes a compliant building BIM model and tests its interoperability across various software.Findings indicate that the standard enhances BIM software data transfer and model quality,offering insights for national and regional BIM standards development.However,more detailed guidelines are needed for complete implementation.
