摘 要:通过对高流塑软土地基上大型液化气体储罐吊装过程进行深入研究,探索主要吊装流程、进场检查与验收条件,并对重型吊装机械的布置、行走路线、吊装场地的加固措施、大型储罐的吊装方法等进行研究。基于高流塑性软土地基,大型液化气体储罐吊装流程较为复杂,需要综合考虑吊装工艺的安全性以及经济性,在满足储罐吊装安全的基础上,尽量提高其经济效益。文章主要分析高流塑性软土地基大型液化气体储罐吊装方法及其经济性,希望给相关工程提供建议。Through in-depth research on the lifting process of large liquefied gas storage tanks on high flow plastic soft soil foundation,the main lifting process,entry inspection and acceptance conditions are explored,and the layout,walking route,reinforcement measures for lifting site,and lifting methods for large storage tanks of heavy lifting machinery are studied.Based on high flow plastic soft soil foundation,the lifting process of large liquefied gas storage tanks is relatively complex,and it is necessary to comprehensively consider the safety and economy of the lifting process.On the basis of meeting the safety of tank lifting,efforts should be made to improve its economic benefits.The article mainly analyzes the lifting method and economic feasibility of large liquefied gas storage tanks on high flow plastic soft soil foundation,hoping to provide suggestions for related engineering.
