摘　　要：随着交通强国战略的不断推进,智慧高速的规划决策、建设及运营维护逐渐受到国家和各级地方政府重视。然而,由于缺乏针对智慧高速管理模式的相关研究,致使智慧高速在实际建设、运营中存在管理支持不充分的情况。为了减少智慧高速全过程管理中存在的“黑箱”现象,本研究基于现存高速公路管理相关理论,结合传统高速公路管理模式和智慧高速公路管理现状,分析智慧背景下传统高速公路管理模式存在的问题,构建智慧高速管理模式。研究结果可为智慧高速公路全过程管理提供依据和支持。With the continuous advancement of the strategy of building a transportation powerhouse,the planning,decision-making,construction,operation and maintenance of smart highways have gradually attracted the attention of the country and local governments at all levels.However,due to the lack of relevant research on smart expressway management models,there is insufficient management support in the actual construction and operation of smart expressways.In order to reduce the"black box"phenomenon that exists in the whole process management of smart highways,this study is based on existing highway management related theories,combined with the traditional highway management model and the current status of smart highway management,analyzes the problems existing in the traditional highway management model under the background of wisdom,and constructs a smart highway management model.The research results can provide basis and support for the whole process management of smart highways.
