摘　　要：研究基于使用后评价理论,以南京航空航天大学新校区规划建设实际为例,运用理论分析结合实例研究的方法,对高校规划方面的五个主要指标:土地利用、道路交通、空间环境、规划格局和建筑风貌进行评价,得出新校区规划阶段应重点关注的设计要点,并将相关成果成功应用于该校区的二期扩建工程,对高校新校区规划建设工作有一定的指导示范作用。Based on the theory of post use evaluation,this study takes the planning and construction of a new campus of NUAA as the example,and uses the method of theoretical analysis combined with case study to evaluate the five main indicators of university planning:land use,road traffic,spatial environment,planning pattern,and architectural style.The key design points that should be focused on in the planning stage of the new campus are identified,and the relevant results are successfully applied to the second phase expansion project of the campus,it has a certain guiding and demonstrative role in the planning and construction of new campuses in universities.
