摘 要:本文以四川省某水电站为例,通过对实际案例数据的跟踪、搜集、整理、分析、计算,采用传统汇总分析法及赢得值法分别分析计算进度偏差,并采用赢得值法计算出费用偏差,突出赢得值法将进度偏差及费用偏差有效结合在一起进行综合控制的优越性及合理性,以此证明赢得值法更适合施工单位来开展有效的进度及成本控制,同时为同类水电站项目采用赢得值法进行进度偏差及成本偏差计算、分析提供参考。Taking a hydropower station in Sichuan Province as an example,this paper collects,organizes,analyzes and calculates the data of the actual case,adopts the traditional summary analysis method and earned value method to analyze and calculate the progress deviation respectively,and adopts earned value method to calculate the cost deviation,highlighting the superiority and rationality of the earned value method to effectively combine the progress deviation and cost deviation for comprehensive control.This proves that earned value method is more suitable for construction units to carry out effective schedule and cost control,and provides reference for similar hydropower projects to use earned value method to calculate and analyze schedule and cost deviation.
