摘　　要：近年来,早期影像设备难以满足现阶段临床业务发展的问题凸显,基于工程项目管理标准化体系的医疗机构影像科机房改造建设至关重要。本文针对目前医疗机构影像科机房改造中普遍存在的工期紧迫、项目规模小但专业面广、新设备重量大、需协调部门多等问题,构建基于前期调研和设计-招标论证-施工-竣工验收的四阶段项目管理标准化体系。In recent years,the issue of early imaging equipment being unable to meet the needs of current clinical business development has become increasingly prominent.Therefore,the renovation and construction of medical imaging department facilities based on a standardized engineering project management system is crucial.This article aims to address the commonly occurring issues in the current renovation of medical imaging department facilities,such as tight schedules,small-scale projects with a wide range of expertise,heavy new equipment,and the need for coordination with multiple departments.It proposes a four-stage project management standardization system that encompasses preliminary research and design,bidding and demonstration,construction,and final acceptance inspection.
