摘 要:汗液检测已成为可穿戴生化检测研究的热点,其中出汗率检测是汗液检测的重要研究内容。基于微流控技术的导纳式出汗率传感器具有低成本、抗干扰能力强的优势,是出汗率检测的主流方法,而导纳/阻抗测量是出汗率检测系统的核心。首先,文章论述了微流控出汗率传感的基本原理;然后,详细设计了基于AD5933芯片的导纳/阻抗检测系统的硬件电路结构,并阐述了其工作原理;最后,给出了面向铜电极的出汗率检测系统的程序设计要点。Sweat detection has become a hot topic in wearable biochemical testing research,among which sweat rate detection is an important research content in sweat detection.The admittance based sweat rate sensor based on microfluidic technology has the advantages of low cost and strong antiinterference ability,and is the mainstream method for sweat rate detection.Admittance/impedance measurement is the core of sweat rate detection systems.Firstly,this article discusses the basic principles of microfluidic sweat rate sensing.Then,the hardware circuit structure of the admittance/impedance detection system based on AD5933 chip was designed in detail,and its working principle was explained.Finally,the key points of program design for the sweat rate detection system for copper electrodes were presented.
