摘　　要：近年来,随着城市化进程的加快和人们生活水平的提高,建筑行业得到了迅速发展。然而,传统建筑管理方式已无法满足现代建筑的需求,智能化、信息化管理手段成为行业发展的必然趋势。其中,大数据技术的兴起为智能建筑管理系统的研究与应用提供了新的思路和方法。In recent years,with the acceleration of urbanization and the improvement of people's living standards,the construction industry has developed rapidly.However,traditional building management methods can no longer meet the needs of modern architecture,and intelligent and information-based management methods have become an inevitable trend in industry development.The rise of big data technology provides new ideas and methods for the research and application of intelligent building management systems.
