摘  要:本文对全固态中波发射机射频功率放大器进行了深入研究,概述全固态中波发射机的基本工作原理,分析射频功率放大器的设计要点和优化方法、常见故障的诊断与排除方法,阐述该领域目前的研究进展,并针对当前存在的主要问题与挑战,比如高温效应、射频干扰与抗干扰性、尺寸和重量等进行详细分析。在此基础上,提出了全固态中波发射机射频功率放大器的未来发展方向和建议,以期为该领域的研究和应用提供参考和借鉴。In this paper,the RF power amplifier of all-solid-state medium-wave transmitter is studied in depth,the basic working principle of all-solid-state medium-wave transmitter is summarized,the design points and optimization methods of RF power amplifier,the diagnosis and elimination methods of common faults are analyzed,the current research progress in this field is expounded,and the main problems and challenges are currently faced,such as high temperature effect,radio frequency interference and anti-interference,Based on a detailed analysis of the size and weight,the future development direction and suggestions of all-solid-state medium-wave transmitter RF power amplifier are proposed,in order to provide reference and reference for the research and application in this field.
