基于SWOT模型的济宁停车产业化发展研究

摘　　要：近年来,“停车难”俨然已经成为一项关乎民生和城市发展的顽疾,其本质是停车供需存在缺口,如何寻找车辆与泊位之间的平衡点,既能保证车辆有位可停,又能保证车位利用足、周转快,才是未来停车治理的重点工作。而此项工作仅仅依靠政府部门投资建设,难以有效破局,根本出路是形成多元化的投资体制,扶持停车设施建设走产业化道路。基于此,以济宁主城区为例,详细分析停车产业化的内外部优势与劣势,应用SWOT综合分析济宁城市机动车停车产业发展前景,并提出合理化发展建议。In recent years,"parking difficulties"have become a persistent problem related to people's livelihoods and urban development.The essence is the gap between parking supply and demand.How to find a balance point between vehicles and parking spaces,which can ensure that vehicles have space to park,as well as that parking spaces are fully utilized and rotate quickly,is the key work of future parking management.However,relying solely on government investment and construction,this work is difficult to effectively break the situation.The fundamental solution is to form a diversified investment system and support the industrialization of parking facility construction.Based on this,taking Jining as an example,this paper analyzes the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of parking industrialization in detail,and comprehensively analyzes the development prospect of Jining's urban motor vehicle parking industry by applying SWOT,and puts forward reasonable development suggestions accordingly.
