摘　　要：针对4YZK-4型玉米穗茎兼收秸秆打捆机铡切装置结构存在的问题,进行了铡切装置结构设计的改进,并从设计方案选择、参数选择、试验结果分析等方面,阐述了结构改进的可行性。改进后的打捆机具有一机多用的功能,提高了玉米果穗收集、秸秆打捆的工作效率。In view of the problems existing in the structure of the key part of the 4YZK-4 type maize ear stem simultaneous collection straw bander,the structure design of the guillotter is improved,and the feasibility of the structure improvement is described from the aspects of design scheme selection,parameter selection and test results analysis.The improved baling machine has the function of multi-purpose,which improves the working efficiency of maize ear collection and straw baling.
