摘 要:通过收集大量的多源牛电子病历数据,利用数据分析和挖掘技术设计了畜牧业中牛病辅助诊疗系统,实现了牛疾病智能诊断的目的。首先,采用文本预处理技术去除牛电子病历数据上的重复、停用词、分词等数据,分为训练集和测试集;其次,使用支持向量机(SVM)构造分类器以对选定的症状词进行分类;最后,采用Apriori算法将具体的疾病名称与疾病发生概率进行关联,给出相应的治疗方案。该系统能及时治疗疾病,有效减少牧民损失,实现畜牧业科学智能化的发展。By collecting a large number of multi-source data of cattle electronic medical record,the auxiliary diagnosis and treatment system of cattle disease in animal husbandry was designed by data analysis and mining technology,and the purpose of intelligent diagnosis of cattle disease was realized.Firstly,text preprocessing technology was used to remove the data of repetition,stop word,word segmentation,etc.,which were divided into training set and test set.Secondly,support vector machine(SVM)was used to construct a classifier to classify the selected symptom words.Finally,Apriori algorithm is used to correlate the specific disease name with the probability of disease occurrence and give the corresponding treatment plan.The system can treat diseases in time,effectively reduce the loss of herdsmen,and realize the scientific and intelligent development of animal husbandry.
