摘  要:构建数字孪生流域是推进新时期水利高质量发展和提高我国水安全水平的重要基础。拟以讨赖河流域的嘉峪关水文站为研究对象,构建集预报、预警、演练、预案“四预”于一体的流域防洪体系来开展流域水资源调度与调度应用研究,同时也为构建“数字孪生”流域提供理论依据与相关技术支撑。Building a digital twin watershed is an important foundation for promoting high-quality development of water conservancy in the new era and improving China's water security level.We plan to take the Jiayuguan Hydrological Station in the Taolai River Basin as the research object,and construct a watershed flood control system that integrates forecasting,early warning,drills,and contingency plans to carry out research on watershed water resource scheduling and scheduling applications.At the same time,it will provide theoretical basis and relevant technical support for building a"digital twin"watershed.
