摘　　要：种子萌发是植物生长的起点,对于植物种群的繁衍、进化起着决定性作用。激素作为一种信号分子,通过促进植物细胞伸长,刺激细胞的分裂和分化,影响种子萌发的各个过程,激素的相互作用和平衡调节,决定了种子萌发的速率和质量。介绍了激素对种子萌发的具体影响与其调控种子萌发的分子机制,综述了激素在种子萌发过程中的作用研究进展,为进一步利用调控机制为园林作物的产量提高和品质改良提供参考。Seed germination is the starting point of plant growth and plays a decisive role in the reproduction and evolution of plant populations.Hormones,as a signaling molecule,promote plant cell elongation,stimulate cell division and differentiation,and thus affect various processes of seed germination.The interaction and balance regulation of hormones determine the rate and quality of seed germination.This paper focused on the specific effects of hormones on seed germination and the molecular mechanisms regulating seed germination,providing reference for further utilizing regulatory mechanisms to improve yield and quality of garden crops.
