摘　　要：在城乡二元结构与体制的影响下,科学地对村镇进行规划建设已迫在眉睫。文章结合多年的村镇规划与建设的理论框架,分析了乡村振兴背景下,村镇建设和规划过程中的存在的主要问题,提出生态村镇建设的规划方法和步骤,以及在可能出现的问题中提出相应的解决办法。Under the influence of the urban-rural dual structure and system,scientific planning and construction of villages and towns is extremely urgent.Combined with the theoretical framework of village planning and construction for many years,this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of village construction and planning under the background of rural revitalization,puts forward the planning methods and steps of ecological village construction,and puts forward the corresponding solutions to the potential problems.
