摘 要:文章归纳了BIM技术在建筑消防规划与实施中的诸多优势,强调BIM技术的参数化设计、可视化表达、过程化模拟、碰撞检测与错误分析等功能对建筑消防规划与实施的重要作用,指出将BIM技术应用到建筑消防规划与实施全生命周期管理中,可助力排查建筑消防设计中的错误与隐患,提高建筑消防规划设计的合理性,有效控制建筑消防工程实施的成本,使得消防设备更新维护更加便捷高效,消防应急预警更加精准。This paper summarizes many advantages of BIM technology in building fire control planning and implementation,and emphasizes the important role of BIM technology's parametric design,visual expression,procedural simulation,collision detection and error analysis in building fire control planning and implementation.It points out that applying BIM technology to the whole life cycle management of building fire control planning and implementation can help investigate errors and hidden dangers in building fire protection design,improve the rationality of building fire protection planning and design,effectively control the cost of building fire protection project implementation,make the update and maintenance of fire protection equipment more convenient and efficient,and make fire emergency warning more accurate.
