摘 要:工程项目造价控制是一项复杂的系统工程,涉及多专业、多阶段、多领域的信息采集、分类、处理,传统的工作模式对人力资源比较依赖,易出现许多错误和漏洞,无法保证相关数据信息的准确性、完整性。文章研究了BIM技术在工程项目造价控制中的实践与探索,在明确造价控制现状和BIM应用优势的基础上,从项目决策、项目设计、招投标、项目施工、竣工结算等不同阶段出发,分析了BIM技术在工程项目全过程造价控制中的应用要点,有利于提高数据信息共享水平,增强不同参建单位协作能力,提高造价控制质量和效率。Engineering project cost control is a complex and systematic project that involves information collection,classification,and processing in multiple disciplines,stages,and fields.The traditional work mode relies heavily on human resources,and there are many errors and loopholes that cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of relevant data information.The paper studies the practice and exploration of BIM technology in cost control of engineering projects.Based on clarifying the current situation of cost control and the advantages of BIM application,starting from different stages such as project decision-making,project design,bidding,project construction,and completion settlement,the application points of BIM technology in the entire process of cost control of engineering projects are analyzed,which is beneficial for improving the level of data information sharing and enhancing the collaborative ability of different participating units,and improving the quality and efficiency of cost control.
