摘　　要：文章分别从BIM技术在建筑设计的应用现状、智慧园区的发展需求、设计方法论、园区全生命周期管理等方面进行探讨,结合市场数据和实际案例阐述了BIM技术在智慧园区建设中的应用和效果。最后总结了BIM技术在应用中存在的技术难点及解决方案,并对BIM技术全生命周期应用的节能减排、成本控制和运营效率提升效果进行了分析。In this paper,the application status of BIM technology in architectural design,the development needs of Smart Park,design methodology,and park life cycle management are discussed.Combined with the market data and actual cases,the application and effect of BIM technology in the construction of Smart Park are expounded.Finally,the technical difficulties and solutions in BIM application are summarized,and the effects of energy saving,emission reduction,cost control and operation efficiency improvement in the application of BIM technology throughout the life cycle are analyzed.
