摘　　要：7月29日,市委副书记、市长胡衡华会见了韩国首尔市市长吴世勋一行。胡衡华代表市委、市政府,欢迎吴世勋一行来渝访问。他说,当前重庆正认真学习贯彻中共二十届三中全会精神,全面落实习近平主席视察重庆重要讲话重要指示精神,着力推动高质量发展,扩大高水平对外开放,奋力打造新时代西部大开发重要战略支点、内陆开放综合枢纽。今年是重庆与首尔建立友好交流合作关系5周年,愿进一步加强两地政府间、企业间交流合作,拓展电子信息、生物医药、人工智能等领域合作空间,加强在智慧城市、公共交通等超大城市现代化治理方面交流互鉴,促进共同繁荣发展。On July 29,Hu Henghua,Deputy Secretary of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and Mayor of Chongqing Municipal People’s Government met with Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon and his delegation.On behalf of the CPC Chongqing Municipal Committee and the Chongqing Municipal People’s Government,Hu Henghua welcomed the visit of Oh Se-hoon and his delegation to Chongqing.He stated that Chongqing is earnestly studying and implementing the guiding principles from the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,thoroughly carrying out President Xi Jinping’s instructions and guiding principles from important remarks made during his inspection tour in Chongqing,striving to promote high-quality development,expanding high-level opening-up,and making efforts to build Chongqing a Strategic Anchor in the Large-Scale Western Development and a Comprehensive Hub for Opening-Up in Inland China.This year marks the fifth anniversary of establishing friendly exchange and cooperation relations between Chongqing and Seoul.Chongqing is willing to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation between the governments and enterprises of the two regions,expand cooperation in areas such as electronic information,biomedicine,and artificial intelligence,and enhance exchanges and mutual learning in the modernized governance of the supersized city,such as smart cities and public transportation,to promote common prosperity and development.
