摘  要:某110kV变压器油色谱检测发现乙炔严重超标,经现场试验、变压器吊罩检查、套管试验及解体检查,判定故障原因为套管法兰内螺纹与卷绕管紧固不牢固,在运行过程中存在间歇性悬浮放电,导致变压器油中乙炔气体含量超标。During the oil chromatography test of the 110kV transformer,it is found that the acetylene content is seriously above the standard.After on-site testing,transformer lifting inspection,bushing test,and disassembly inspection,it is determined that the cause of the fault is the insecure fastening between the internal thread of the bushing flange and the winding pipe,resulting in intermittent suspended discharge during operation,which led to the excessive content of acetylene gas in the transformer oil.
