摘　　要：本文作者介绍了一起因有载调压开关异常导致某110kV变压器高压侧直阻不平衡率超标的缺陷案例,详细阐述了缺陷查找定位、原因分析及处理过程,并提出了避免此类缺陷发生的改进措施。A case of a 110 kV transformer with high voltage side direct resistance imbalance exceeding the standard due to abnormal connection of on-load tap-changer is presented.This paper expounds the fault finding process,accurately determines the fault location,analyzes the fault cause and treatment process of the event,and puts forward some improvement measures for this kind of fault.
