摘　　要：补土派为中医学术流派之一,从古至今,其核心思想、论治特色为广大医家所重视。文章阐释了补土派之论治特色,不但立足脾胃、重视气机、关注湿邪,更强调中土与他脏他腑之间的联系;并总结了补土派之治法,即基于运气理念,以脾胃为轴,兼顾他脏及益阴,统血归元,化运阴火,针引阳气,治湿肇基,对补土派临证诊疗具有一定的借鉴意义。Invigorating the spleen and stomach school is one of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)academic schools.In all ages,its core theories and treatment characteristics have been recognized by those TCM physicians.This paper discussed the main perspectives of the invigorating the spleen and stomach school,and summarized the treatment of invigorating the spleen and stomach school.Based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,taking the spleen and stomach as the axis,other zang-organ,as well as nourishing yin is also important,controlling the blood from the spleen and transferring yin fire is the essential factor,Zhenyin Yangqi is the fundamental source,which has certain reference significance to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of invigorating the spleen and stomach school.
