中药保留灌肠联合膈下逐瘀汤治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析膈下逐瘀汤联合中药保留灌肠治疗气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年3月于河源市中医院就诊的气滞血瘀型慢性盆腔炎患者60例,以随机摸红蓝球方式分为常规组(蓝球)和试验组(红球),各30例。常规组应用膈下逐瘀汤治疗,试验组应用膈下逐瘀汤联合中药保留灌肠治疗,比较两组中医证候积分、盆腔积液深度及治疗效果。结果治疗后,试验组患者下腹疼痛、腰骶胀痛及经行腹痛加重评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组盆腔积液深度均低于治疗前,且试验组低于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于常规组的73.33%(22/30)(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎气滞血瘀型患者应用膈下逐瘀汤联合中药保留灌肠治疗,能够改善临床症状,促进盆腔积液吸收,提高临床效果。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine retention enema and Gexia Zhuyu decoction in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 60 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type in Heyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected.According to the ball-touching method,patients were divided into routine group(blue ball)and experimental group(red ball),with 30 cases in each group.Gexia Zhuyu decoction was applied in the conventional group.Gexia Zhuyu decoction and Chinese medicine retention enema were applied in the experimental group.TCM syndrome scores,pelvic effusion depth and treatment effects were compared.Results After treatment,lower abdominal pain,lumbosacral distending pain and abdominal pain aggravation scores during menstruation in experimental group were lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the depth of pelvic effusion in both groups was lower than before treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of conventional group(73.33%,22/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion Gexia Zhuyu decoction and Chinese medicine retention enema can reduce the clinical symptoms and pelvic effusion,increase the therapeutic effect for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type patients.
