摘　　要：李凤珍教授从事壮医诊疗30余年,运用壮药治疗干燥综合征(SS)经验丰富,且效果显著。李教授认为“阴虚为本,湿热瘀毒为标”为SS病机关键,认为此病为阴虚不能濡养、湿热瘀毒阻碍三道两路正常运行所致。李教授临诊常取滋阴、疏通龙路火路气机为法,并结合雾化吸入治疗以改善肺功能。文章载李教授壮医治疗SS的见解及其验案1则。Professor Li Fengzhen has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of Zhuang medicine for more than 30 years,and has rich experience in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome with Zhuang medicine,and the curative effect is significant.Professor Li believes that“yin deficiency is the foundation,humid heat and stasis are the standard”as the key to its pathogenesis,that yin deficiency can not be nourished,dampness-heat and stasis obstacles caused by the normal operation of three tracts and two pathways.Professor Li often takes the method of nourishing yin,dredging the dragon road and fire road qi movement as a method,and combined with atomization inhalation therapy to improve lung function.This article contained Professor Li’s insights on the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome and one proved case.
